SharperAgent Increases Colorado Market Share to 10 Percent

SharperAgent, the Denver Internet-based e-marketing communications company, has contracted with RE/MAX Properties, Inc., Colorado Springs, CO, to provide e-marketing services for its four offices and customization of the brokerage's Website site to include customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing materials for its 230 agents, according to Brian Wildermuth, president.
We deployed the RE/MAX Properties' system in 30 days to generate immediate benefits for the brokerage, Wildermuth said. Like many of our clients, Re/Max Properties responded to market stimulators and saw the need to provide comprehensive tools to increase their agent productivity. In a National Association of Realtors survey, seven out of 10 sellers said they would use the same Realtor in a future transaction but only four out of 10 did so. Realtors need to maintain contact with their customers to build repeat business but most salespeople neglect their marketing because it's either too time-consuming or too expensive.
